"No way to pay online. No way to pay over phone. Opened a card with them just to pay my loan payment, and they charged me a late fee on my first payment, which they set up as being due the day after i recieved my card!! I couldnt even activate it, and they had a fee! Have been trying for 3 months to get online payments to work, with no help from customer service. I have to go into the branch, and pay with CASH every month ( they charge a fee to take a card!, even their own card!)"
