"Horrible customer service. Had an appointment to close account and no one else would help us . Had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment for employee assigned to our appointment to get our business done."

"After 15 of being a loyal customer they finally made me regret ever banking with Wells Fargo. They will freeze you account and try everything to steal your money. Currently have a complain report and is unde investigation on the Wells Fargo lost prevention department for denying me access to my account. They don't even respect their management team that is trying everything they can do to help me recuperate my account. As a customer they only see you as someone they can steal from.."

"Has to be the WORST customer service of any bank. Must start with the bank manager With over 20 people in line, with plenty to do in their day besides stand in line, they only had one teller. Two other bank employees standing around and a "manager" doing absolutely nothing. And this happens EVERY WEEK. Need new management and bring back customer service."

"Worst bank ever! I stood in line with two tellers working on a Friday evening for over half an hour. There were other employees there but they did not open any more windows. The line was out the door and around the corner when I left at 4:50 after a half an hour wait(without making it to the top of the line and without my cashiers cheque) . I have several business accounts there and needed a cashiers cheque. I felt really let down by Wells Fargo. I think what made it worse for me was the manager kept opening his door to look at the queue and didn’t help out. This is certainly not an all hands on board bank! I understand that the bank can get busy but come on guys Friday evening is often busy. Two windows open? I will not set foot in that bank again and Wells Fargo needs to step up on customer service! #lookafteryourclientswellfargo!"
