"These people are the worst. They added in additional $67 for fees on to a bogus charge account and refused to take it off my credit report even though payed until Friday. They are absolutely terrible alon with CMH. Do not go to CMH!"

"Works company ever together with its clients. The rep Linda Cortez was very unhelpful and didn’t care that I don’t have money and my hours are greatly reduced. They billed me for twice what I owed an a medical bill and were unwilling to help much. They still charged me $20 over the medical bill for ‘fees’. Other collections companies don’t do that for medical bills. Linda wasn’t the friendliest and told me we were all losing jobs and hours; felt like she was telling me she didn’t care and to just deal with it. I know collecting money is their job but I felt overcharged and not helped at all!"

"The woman I’m dating was contacted by the CEO, Robert Reynolds, about a bill. He was rude to her, laughing at her financial situation and hanging up on her, multiple times. If you are a dentists office or doctors office and you’re thinking about selling your past due clients to them, please know that this is a reflection of your business and I encourage everyone who has been sent to Century to post the name of the Dentist or MD who sent you to their collections agency. Shameful way to run a business."

"TIP: Before dealing with this very UNPROFESSIONAL credit company, I would advise speaking to the billing department of the hospital or urgent care because they will be the MOST helpful and MOST professional. Like many of the reviews left on here, I sadly was victimized by this credit company. Specifically by Robert Reynolds, the manager of Century Credit and Collections. Not only did Robert Reynolds leave me a very unprofessional voicemail accusing my mother of using foul language towards his employee when they denied speaking to her when she was trying to get information for me, which thanks to technology I was able to transcribe it and screenshot it as well, attachment will be below for those who are on a desktop and wish to see. I called back and spoke to Robert Reynolds which he was very condescending, bullied me and in result Robert hung up on me while I was speaking. The phone call was already going nowhere since the entire time Robert Reynolds was speaking over me and quite frankly as a manager, Robert Reynolds did not handle the situation correctly. Luckily, after Robert Reynolds hung up on me, I was able to contact the medical facility that partners with Century Credit and Collections and even the woman agreed He, Robert Reynolds, should NEVER speak or treat a customer the way he did to me. Not only that but their employee violated their policy code by telling my mom, who was trying to help her 18 year old daughter with this situation, and explained to her that this was going affect my credit. If the employee denied speaking to her in the first place why would she discuss my credit when all we wanted to know is if they could provide proof of payment slip? We will be reporting to the BBB(Better Business Bureau) since it seems that I am not the first nor the last, but its a start."

"I had a small account with Blue Shield of California and CMH that was forgotten about when my family moved up north. As soon as the clinic called me directly and asked for a payment, I sent a check in full. That was in March. Now near December some woman from Century Credit Collections called me and said I have a balance owed? That is contrary to what the clinic told me, and what honest company would wait an additional 9 months before reaching out, only to try and collect more money? When I didn't immediately agree to pay money, the representative became angry and hung up on me. (It should also be noted that this agency reported a delinquency to my credit before ever contacting me. I saw it on Credit Karma last week, called the clinic and was assured I owe nothing. With no action of my own this week the report was no longer there when I checked again. Now I'm called and threatened for it to be reported again?) Games. Having worked in collections before I can say without question that is how you guarantee someone will never ever pay you."
