It was very frustratingly difficult to get a person live person. Then, instead of answering my question, she kept suggesting I process a payment on the phone (which I said "no" to multiple times)."

"Rude. They turn people away and make excuses so they don't have to help you. I saw them turn down an elderly couple who just wanted to open an account. Bad vibes. They seem racist too. I hope they fire them if this is a habit for them and hire nicer people. They flat out lied and told us they couldn't help us when I've been to nicer locations that never turn they're customers away."
"So they will not cash their own check if you don't have an account with them. You have to drive all the way to Camarillo or Port Hueneme. This is insane and to think I WAS going to open an account with them, screw that. Hopefully this helps answer this question."
"Would give zero stars if I could. Citibank returned my tax payment checks because they weren't "activated". Which is insane??!! I asked for a letter or email to explain why they were returned so that I could give it to the tax board so that they'd waive the penalties. The lady I spoke with at this branch just flat out refused, then hung up on me when I said I was contacting an attorney. This bank is disgusting and needs to be shut down."
