"I was walking in the store and they greeted me but the whole time that I was in there they were watching me like I was going to steal something and it was very uncomfortable and it seemed like they had decent prices but I'm not going to settle for walking into a store and somebody looking at me like I'm some thief so I won't be coming back to this store sorry"

"Took my boots in to be re soled they had em forever no big deal they told me that when I dropped then I finally get them and in 1 week soles were flopping off I call them they said they would take care of it 2 weeks more of them having my boots they used a lot of glue and its super visible and oozed out of side looks bad I will never go back to this place ever."

This pair from 1990 is going in to be resoled and recorked at Swensen's Shoes in.Jackson CA because they are the ONLY ones I trust to do a good job! Have been taking my Birks to them for 18 years. Birkenstock should be proud that Swenson's Shoes has such a high quality cobbler, as well as such a clean store that makes buying new Birks a pleasure."
