"very uncomfortable having to pay and hearing what it looked like a manager or supervisor and an employee urguing what days there were gonna have off as we were paying at register , employee was kind of rude to supervisor , i was goin to say something but it was embarrasing...."

"I spend a lot of money at this store and yesterday I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I get home and look at the other one only to see they are extremely worn. This is an ongoing issue at this store. During a pandemic this shouldn’t be allowed. These shoes weren’t even cleaned a little so I doubt they were treated with disinfectant. If I’m spending this much money on a product I expect it to be Brand new! Only my germs have touched it! I have to drive an hour to your store each way so it’s a huge hassle! The store is never stocked and it basically serves as a exchange hub! The next month my sister had bought 2 pairs of shoes and when one was worn out she put the other pair on only to find one shoe was smaller than the other, hurting her toe, wearing a hole in the same. Of course she tried them on before she bought them but what can you tell in a quick try on. We went back to the store only to get a basically, "Too bad, call the manufacturer." So I asked for the number and they said, "Google it." Columbia made them so I called them, they are of the same attitude as Famous Footwear, they don't care."
