Lane Bryant

"I have been putting off writing this review for years so I can’t even blame the pandemic. Today was the last straw. I am truly baffled by how unhelpful the employees in this store are. They’re nice, but it’s so frustrating that I usually just walk out. I literally have to ask for help every single time and the store is never so crowded that everyone is busy. For example, I went when the bras were on sale for $25. I walked in and they greeted me(which is an improvement)but no one asked if I needed help which is fine when I just walk in, but when I’m just standing there waiting and no one says anything that is a problem. I typically have to go up to the counter and ask for help. Also, 2 or 3 people were helping one person. The CUSTOMER saw me standing there and asked was I ok. I said I was just waiting for assistance and she was the one who asked them to help me. Once they were asked I was helped and ended up having to order online because for some reason this store that supposedly carries large sizes rarely has mine in store. Fast forward two weeks later after I call about my order and they’re short with me on the phone and tell me to call back in a few days because there is nothing in the system. The receipt says 4 to 8 business days and I have ordered here before so I just go in the next day which is now 9 business days. The lady was “nice” and found my order which was entered under my first and middle name even though I am in their system and my card only has my initial. That’s fine the person read my ID wrong, we all make mistakes. I get the bras and ask to try on because that’s why I sent them to the store in case I needed to return or exchange. I try the bras on and no one came to ask if I was ok or needed anything. I come back out and say one is too big. She doesn’t ask if I want to look for or order something else, she just returns the bra. Then I ask are you no longer doing the promotion where you get 50% off one item when you do store pick up? She replies yes and tells me it’s one full priced item. I just say ok thanks and leave. Does this store not want to make money? Why wouldn’t you ask and make the easiest sale of the day? Why do I always have to ask them everything? At this point I’m going to take my business elsewhere. It’s too frustrating. The fact that over the years it has been different employees leads me to believe this company needs to train them better. It’s really as simple as asking your customers if they need assistance."

"The staff at Lane Bryant. I cannot say enough about when I went in. They were amazing absolutely amazing and helpful and kind and understanding and they even listen to me Babble a little bit. This is the first time I have been into a Lane Bryant. Although my daughter in Tehachapi swears by them when it comes to bras. And I will tell you I understand. I will never ever ever wear a bra. That doesn't come from Lane Bryant if I don't have to. How the clothes they are. Very high C. They are beautiful respectful sexy all the way to a little flirty They are kind their understanding. And it was up to me. I gave him a five-star but on a 0 to 5 scale if I could I honestly would. Give a perfect score. 100 out of a hundred or a hundred and one out of a hundred you could say they want above and beyond and I am truly grateful."

"Tiffany was amazing she helped me find the perfect bra and when they didn't have it in store she ordered it and had it delivered strait to my house. Even though she said she was new she definitely helped like she had been there for years."

"I shop here all the time. I don't always find a lot of clothes I want to buy, but sometimes it's the mother load. The staff is always so helpful and cheery. You can tell they like their work and really want to help you. I'm never disappointed with their sales and discounts and usually end up spending way less than expected. I really do love this store."
