"Customer service is the worst. Employee is super rude as well. Just wanted to try something on very quick due to a last minute shopping, the lady working the dressing room was so RUDE! Wouldn't even help me. Told her I just need 2 minutes to try it on very quick and she gave a ugly look to me kept demanding no more people can try clothes on in the dressing rooms even though she clearly let someone in 2 seconds before I was even at the dressing room. Rude. I'll never shop there again. Work on your service. Hire better people. Would not recommend anyone here again."

"OMG this is honestly my FAVORITE store in the mall. Everytime I go in there I find something cute. The staff is super friendly if you approach them they have great recommendations and if you don't they let you do your own thing. My kind of place. It's honestly such a good store, I don't even go to the mall that much tbh but if I need a fit. This is THE place. I'll see yall there xo"

"if i could leave 0 stars i would, both girl employees from this store are really rude they have no type of customer service, if they are that miserable working there they should find a better job. they were extremely rude right off the back when i walked in and they were no type of help. NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES! :))"

"The overall attitude here was unacceptable! The females that helped us were rude except for the young lady that was at the register. I informed the floor staff she needed to find other employment if she was going to treat paying customers the way that she did. She was rude to myself and my daughter. She refused to take a dress off the manikin that was the only one left in my daughter's size, then upon exiting the dressing room she snatched the dresses out of my daughter's hand slammed the hanger onto the rack and slid them over forcefully- as she her eyes at us. When shopping for a prom dress for my daughter-we spent a high amount there; as do many other customers that are in there for the same reasons. When you have people spending from $250-$500, the least you could do is provide them with good customer service (being they pay your salary) and if you can't -find another job! We will not be returning here in the future! Windsor was lucky they got our $248 purchase. I would not recommend them for the simple fact of how rude the staff was and how unwilling they were to help. The dresses are OK , but you can find better service & quality somewhere else !"
