"I’m partial to local banks and like to have a personal relationship with them. But - as nice as the folks in the Carmel branch are - they don’t seem very swift. It takes a long time to complete any kind of transaction in the bank. I hear a lot of “I don’t know” and “Call back tomorrow and I’ll have an answer”. They need an online app too. Again - they are Nice to customers and that counts!"
"Re: COVID. The bank has an armed guard who stands in the doorway, propping the door open with his body. He stands there unmasked (not even improperly wearing a mask, no mask around his ear or under his mouth, nothing) and you HAVE to walk with 18 inches of him because he's literally standing in the doorway. I do not understand why this is necessary and it completely deters guests from visiting their Bank or trusting the bank to provide a safe environment for them. I do not recommend using this bank."
