"ABOUT THE STORE ITSELF: can't believe the amazing service I got at this location. It's right next to pep boys on date palm right before you get to McDonald's and Baskin-Robbins in that giant shopping center. It's very easy to make a mistake and go into pep boys by mistake. Turns out that they work hand in hand with pep boys because pep boys will install tires but advance Auto parts will sell you everything you need for your vehicle. Things like headlight bulbs and batteries. They even installed the battery for you right in the parking lot. And you get about 20 bucks off for recycling your old battery. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a battery and try to install it yourself. You won't even know what to do with the old battery and you'll lose out on 20 bucks. Plus, recycling. ABOUT THE SERVICE I GOT: Evan was the best! Has customer service skills are amazing.. I have come to expect mediocre customer service whenever I go anywhere I go nowadays so that I'm not disappointed. But this really made my day. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes and now he's installing my battery while I watch him through the plate glass window. I joined their speed perks program and I will make this place my favorite auto parts store from now on. I should mention that this was on a Sunday. I didn't expect to solve my dead battery situation on a Sunday at all! What a joy to have this taken care of so I can start my week off without having to worry about a dead battery in my car!
