"I am writing this review after an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at Speed Tires Inc. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but my recent encounter with their Operations Manager, Vince, has left a sour taste and compelled me to reconsider my association with the company. From the outset, Vince demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and ethics. His demeanor was not only off-putting, but it bordered on aggressive, which is something I have never faced before from any service provider. One expects a certain degree of courtesy, respect, and understanding when dealing with professionals, but it was glaringly absent in Vince's case. When I questioned the service quoted to me, instead of providing a detailed explanation or justifying the pricing, Vince chose to be deceptive and rude. He was not only evasive about the service breakdown but also resorted to outright lying about it. This blatant disregard for honesty and transparency left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Moreover, Vince's 'bedside manners' were utterly abysmal. There was no empathy or consideration for the customer's perspective. His communication was harsh, condescending, and aggressive, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. His approach was more of a confrontation than a conversation, which is not how any customer, let alone a loyal one, should be treated. Regrettably, Vince's behavior reflects poorly on Speed Tires Inc. as a whole. It is disheartening to see a company I have trusted for years being represented in such a negative light by its Operations Manager. His unprofessionalism not only tarnishes the company's reputation but also discourages customers like myself from continuing our relationship with Speed Tires Inc. In my opinion, Vince is unfit for a leadership role in customer service and should be held accountable for his actions. His behavior does nothing but harm to the company's name and its relationship with customers. I strongly urge Speed Tires Inc. to take action in this regard and ensure that their customers are treated with the respect and honesty they deserve. Regrettably, based on my most recent experience, I cannot recommend Speed Tires Inc. to anyone until they address this issue."
