"Do not go to this tire shop. They told me they had the tire size I was looking for, removed my tire from my car, and then said the tire they had was no good, and still charged me for removing it in the first place. I expressed that I shouldn't have been charged because 1. I did not get a new tire 2. They chose to remove my tire on their OWN judgement of their tire condition they were going to replace (the guy blamed me for this lol, he specifically said, "you take chances with used tires". He didn't even put it on, told me it was good, and somehow I should've known? 3. They did not fully put back on one of my lug nuts and rims. 4. They took my original tire and replaced it with one of theirs and passed it off as theirs as I did not have photo proof that they took my original tire. I am a petite girl who went solo. These guys took advantage of me. I do not recommend anyone coming here, let alone any solo woman. The guy couldn't look me in the face every time he quoted me something. He's probably 5'8, short black hair, forearm tattoo on the right arm. Shady and dishonest business. They will blame you for their wrongdoings and demand money. I would give no stars if I could. If you're reading this and still thinking about going, don't. Go to an honest one that cares about their customers."

"came here on 4th of july since i needed a tire urgently & everywhere else was closed & it already popped/ exploded today july 13th . their tires are not as good & they had charged me more that day just because how it was 4th of july. wouldn’t go here again at all! wouldn’t recommend either!"

"I should of learned from my first visit not to go there again. I called and I got a text back asked them if they had my tire size I needed he said yes and told me 50$. We get there and than they said they don't have the tire. So they put a different size. Didn't tell us it was ready than when my boyfriend ask one of guys "how much" he ask how much it was gonna be he said 200$. Told him that's not what they told me they Said 50$ than they said 100$ they didn't even have to put take tire off car or put it back on and still we asked the. For change they said they didn't have any like really I seen at least 4 people leave. They are so unprofessional and they owner or main guy is rude. the first time I went they put two wrong tires and didn't even tell me they were and tried to charge me 150$ for 2 wrong tires and when I paid I asked for my change and he laughed, didn't want to give me my change. I wouldn't recommend this place to any horrible service and obviously don't care about anyone's safety I had 3 different tires on my car who does that"

"By far best tire shop in Fresno. My first experience I had called 4 other tire shop for an estimate on a tire, I decided to call one more shop Toltecas. They beat all the prior estimates and Carlos that answered the phones was very polite and friendly. Upon my arrival I was greeting with the same politeness and friendliness. They quickly change my tire even though when I got there it started raining a lot. They still happily changed and rotated my tires. My bad I did mean to write the review then. However, I went back yesterday and again a wonderful experience. Great prices and excellent service."

"I would never go here again it was late and I needed a tire for my GMC the guy was like 15mins from closing put a tire that was too big for my vehicle... I told him it looked too big he keep saying no no and this is what happened on the freeway Thank God I'm still alive"
