"I've been to a few functions at Moose Mountain Vineyards (so atmosphere goes without saying that its 5 star!) where I believe they are the exclusive caterer. While I've been mostly vegan for a few years now, I am still intrigued by what restaurants and caterers create. We are all trained to believe that we aren't getting protein unless there is a dead animal on our plates ~ and its hard to convince meat eaters of this. I'm mostly vegan by choice and don't miss meat. However, I challenge you to bring your meat eater to a function where they are catering, or have them cater your Super Bowl party, in fact - I double dog dare you. Have them serve up a table full of these nachos picture in the middle ~ don't tell a soul its vegan. They. Won't. Know. The. Difference. If they haven't completely devoured the nachos, have them take a bite into a Coxinhas (pretty sure they are in the 3rd photo). They'll think it's a warm chicken salad fritter or maybe they'll think it's a crabcake pouch , but shhhhhhh, it's jackfruit and it melts in your mouth so divinely you've eaten five before you realize you have to leave some for the other people there! (True story, I was devouring them). There's accoutrements that add to these dishes too (see pictures) - fresh salsas, etc along many other dishes that I've tried. In fact there's one with butternut squash (I think) served over rice that is insanely delicious. All I know is you'll find yourself asking the chef: how'd you make this? What's in that? I can't believe this tastes so good! And you won't be disappointed in the slightest. EVER."
"I’ve been a vegan for five years, and finding truly delicious plant-based options has often been a challenge. However, my recent experience with Earthy Vegan Cuisine in the Bay Area completely changed the game. During the holidays, I had the pleasure of trying their Lions Mane Steak with Chimichurri that left me in aw. The flavors were rich, and the texture was incredible. To kick off the meal, I ordered their Cheese Balls as an appetizer. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ everyone loved it."
"I’ve had various dishes from Earthy Vegan Cuisine and they are all phenomenal! A personal favorite is the cheese balls, I could probably finish a whole box in one sitting. I’d recommend this place for everyone, including non-vegans! It’s sooo yummy, and I always feel good after eating their food!"
"I felt sick just looking at this food. The vegan cheese balls were pretty good, but soooo filling, you really can’t eat more than one. I was also really turned off by the blue sauce. It was actually fine in flavor, but why is it blue? We also ordered the vegan fish-cod cakes which tasted as expected, just salty for my taste. Also $14 per appetizer! Way too expensive for the low quality. And lastly the vegan eggplant lasagna which was sooo “cheesy” that it made me gag. On the other hand, I did enjoy the tapioca pudding, but again $9.50 was way to expensive for a dessert. Such a shame, I really wanted to like this new vegan take out spot."
"Every once in a while I look for new vegan restaurants near me. This time, Earthly Vegan Cuisine came up, and I am so glad it did! It's a completely vegan delivery and catering company operating out of a ghost kitchen in San Jose. On their website they say they "started this project out of passion for cooking and a desire to share our love for vegan food with others." The dishes are inspired by the flavors of Brazil. I placed my order on their website for pick up. I went to the wrong door initially, 336 (which is also a ghost kitchen) instead of 326. The food was ready when I arrived, and the bag had my name and a short but sweet thank you message. I ordered the following: * Vegan cheese balls: this is a yummy appetizer - fried balls of corn and vegan mozzarella! * Canjiquinha Soup: this soup is creamy and tasty - similar to a porridge * Bobo de shimeji: I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, so this was my least favorite * Feijoada: I loved this dish with black beans and tofu and I'm not sure why, but the almond flour is so good. The order comes with a few sauces (the blue one goes with the cheese balls!). I found an extra container which didn't seem to belong to any of the dishes I ordered. It turns out they included a complimentary dessert! I hope Earthy Vegan Cuisine does well! I will definitely go again (and again)!"
