"My husband and I went in there to buy me some Ugg boots they didn't have it in my size the sales girl talked me into ordering them. The wrong shoe came to my home Adidas shoes and the wrong size. I called and had to bring the shoe to the store. It took over a hour to fix the problem. It was the worst service I ever had and would never recommend anyone to order a shoe from that store. They made me feel like it was my fault. Really bad service."

"I was just recently in this store at great lakes crossings. The service was already bad as is then you have sales associates who don't know how to do their job in making customers happy. I had a coupon that the sales associate was having trouble redeeming. So she goes on to ask the associate working with her what to do. So she comes off having the most stank attitude ever in life told me my coupon was fake and told me to move so she can ring another customer. This behavior is truly unprofessional and should not be tolerated. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!! And honestly I recommend you not to either especially if your a minority."
