"I called in needing to get some new film, and they told me they offered some kodak 35mm. I drove an hour out of my way to go there thinking their prices would be somewhat reasonable. Nope. $30 for a roll of Kodak Gold. An hour south you can get that same roll of film for under $9. This is what i call highway robbery. Never buy or use their film services. Horrifically expensive. This store feels like a garage sale by someone who thinks all their stuff is really valuable collectors items but it’s just not… Never have been so unsatisfied. I called later asking for a refund option when i head back up at that way and the lady on the phone called me an idiot and said it was my fault i paid that much. Horrible customer service."
