The same day that the item scanned back to the shipper, they sent me the other item. I absolutely love the attention to their customers. I am definitely coming back. "I ordered a few items from them. The clothes were decent for the price. HOWEVER buyer beware they do NOT do returns. Simply because they do not want to. One of the dresses I ordered was out of stock and did not ship. They said I could have an e-gift card for the store or they would refund to my card. Clearly they are able to do returns but choose not to do so. First and last purchase from them! I absolutely let them know their "return" policy is not even close to other online retailers. It's not a return it's an exchange."
