"There isn’t a separation between the women’s & men’s dressing rooms. As I was changing I noticed a man walk behind the door and he was able to look in through the top of the door and saw me while I was topless trying on dresses. Absolutely unacceptable, I felt violated in that very moment. If you’re going to mix genders in a space, at least make the doors full sized so there’s no room for peeping Tom’s to look at women while they dress."

"Service is terrible. Online order took 2 days to be ready despite ordering at 10am. Came to buy another item was told to check again tomorrow for the online order but a man who was so high snoop would be jealous. Then the item I was there to buy the security tag was left on it. But since I had to go back for the online order that took 2 days it was not a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately the same dude helped us the second day. He was still high and inspected the receipt before taking the security tag off so intensely."

"The Express store has two sections. One section is for the men's store, and another section is for the women. It has two entrances, but it is connected in the middle of the stores. Both sides of the stores are nice and clean. The clearance sections are all the way inside the store."

"I just recently ordered some stuff they were showing the item in the stock when I went to the store the item was not in stock then I placed order. I placed order in September 7th and today's date is 24th September and when I try to track my item it's keep showing waiting for carrier pick up. I call to the customer service almost 3 or four time I feel like it's just wasting of time when I call to the customer service the first one she said they're going to send it through the speed post, then I didn't receive any notification then I called the second time and she said wait until Monday and today's Tuesday I didn't receive it then I called again and he said wait until next Monday. I really need this stuff for my school. I have also the pictures and screenshot when I placed order I'm trying to attach the pictures but I can't."
