"Pretty good I saw lots of shoes hats backpacks and shirts sweaters skateboards they only thing is the shoes are kinda hard to put on and they hurt a bit when u have ur shoe on also we tried on size 5 for me but no it didn't get in so I'm now size 8"
"Great Vans store. Definitely the best in the bay area. Worth the drive. The blonde girl in the front was so kind and accommodating, she even attempted her best to speak Spanish with my cousin who visiting from out of country just to give her great service, even though I was translating. Will definitely be returning next time I need shoes. Also they have buy 1 shoe and get 50% off on alot of styles. Also have great clothes and accessories. Have worn the clothes for a few weeks and is holding up great. Just wish their no show socks ran a little bigger. They only go up to size 12. Great Vans location. Deals on accessories."
"I came to this Vans in Vacaville, purchased only one pair of shoes because it was the only size available. And it was the display shoe. So I asked for an associate to get me the other pair. Took about 30 mins to get the pair. Finally get back home which is an HOUR away. Opened the box and see the security tag on the shoe. I called and explained and they said ”oops” and suggested for me to return to the store to take it off. Or go to another vans store. Such an inconvenience, they clearly just wanted to get the sale and get you out."
"Staff were helpful with finding shoes and also putting them back. Shoes were buy one get one 50% off! (At least one has to be an orange sticker.) Backpacks are buy one get one free!"
