"Staff is not very well trained. They do not know how to complete a warranty exchange at this location. I brought in a defective part for warranty exchange and after waiting over 40 min for them to figure out how to complete the Exchange I was told to come back two days later. The reason was only the manager knows how to complete warranty exchange!!!! Everyone in the store should know how to do a simple warranty exchange not tell people to come back days later. Horrible customer service!!!!"
"Today, I brought motor oil and 2 car batteries to be recycled and was informed by the manager that I'll have to come back when Pepboys (next door) opens to recycle the oil and Advance Auto does not recycle car batteries. I'm never going back to an Advance Auto Parts store again."
