"Not sure why the get a bad review. Every experience we've had has been great. I've had to call 4 or 5 times now for various reasons, mostly health. They've transported myself and other family members to the hospital on several occasions and I've always been impressed. They are all professional, empathetic, attentive, and polite. I just had to call them today and they arrived within 3 minutes and made sure everyone including pets where safe to go back inside. Great team and my family and I feel safer knowing they are just down the street!"

"The absolute worse emergency services I've ever encountered. They treated me subpar, prejudice toward me, and on the first call gave Tri City a "heads up, Just thought you should know" to the ER staff. I shared my concerns of dystonia, but they completely ignored this. The last time I called they REFUSED to transport me any where, or if they did I would be sitting in the waiting room for hours! I was asked unreal questions-- have you ever been hospitalized for mental problems, used IV drugs, etc. They know who they are. My blood pressure alone was extremely high, unable to drive, walk, and barely speak. I do have dystonia! But I was not taken seriously by these fools and, since there was a HEADS UP to the ER staff at Tri City, they didn't take me seriously. When and how and why and by what authority does a lowly EMT given the credentials to become one who has the power to diagnose a person in obvious distress? They abuse their power. Also the equipment such as City vehicles to take to the Stand for their fitness training. Several vehicles at a time...I've seen up to six. That's abuse of my city's resources. Dystonia Kat"
