"Many of the books I wanted were not there and I had to placed on hold. Another thing I noticed is there should be a phone policy!!!!. The staff does not address when people take calls and have loud conversations. That is a nuisance I left home so that I could study in peace. I understand life happens and we get phone calls however it is extremely inconsiderate to have conversations while others are trying to get work done. The staff says nothing. It should be a phone policy that phone calls need to be taken elsewhere. Very irritating and this has happened a few times. I didn't have that problem when I live in another area. Get it together staff please."

"I did not visit the Garden, and Bellflower Library was great. I had a phone interview at the Library in one of their 2 small private rooms, via ZOOM. I was also able to work on my file folders, as I recently upgraded to a 2TB Stainless Steel Hard Drive. It was a productive day indeed."
