"I visited today while downtown, as soon as I walked into the store I was pleasantly greeted by the girl behind the counter, and a large selection of books. I noticed it's mostly romance oriented with a selection of stickers, bookmarks, candles, crystals, jewelry, and metaphysical books. The vibe in the store was super calming and peaceful, I picked out birthday girl by Penelope Douglas and went to purchase it, but their card reader system was down much like the rest of the stores on main Street (Spectrum Internet has been having issues lately and it's affecting their merchants). The girl behind the counter offered to hold it for me and took down my phone number. She offered a fast solution to a very fixable problem which I really appreciated. The customer service I experienced even with their system down was amazing and felt very respectful. I will be back later this week to pick up my book once their system is fixed. I recommend this store to any and all book lovers looking for a carefully curated selection of romance novels or a fun little item to bring home."
