"Tried this new location twice, and I'll be honest, it's really bad service, the servers tone each time was horrible, not friendly at all. Went there July 4th like around noon. Noone in the store and noone in the drive thru. What's even more disappointing is when you get to the drive thru window, it is bad, like the customer service training didn't even happen. When I said thank you for my order, I didn't even get you are welcome, or have a nice day. I wasn't even greeted when I got to the window. I won't be returning to this location, I gave it a second shot, and they failed again, I'll go back to the one on the other side of the freeway, or the one off port Chicago. Do better !!!!"
