"The service was great, at 8am on Wedneaday 22. The two girls at the counter were lovely but there was what seemed to be a manager harassing the 2 girls working. She spoke to them so harshly and rudely and frankly it made ME uncomfortable sitting there. It was a brown haired white woman. Just a terrible attitude, I believe she needs to focus on her own tasks rather than yelling at employees doing their job. 5/5 service, terrible manager or supervisor. Made my visit weird!"

"It's one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Other customers were not happy that they had no coffee or espresso. (Not even coffee beans were available for sale.) I ordered a refresher, and no one had even started to make my drink after waiting 15 minutes! I just sat and watched them. There were no orders in front of me. All the workers were just busy chatting and playing around front and back! I eventually got my drink and left."

"I have been to this Starbucks only 2 time and every time the customer service is horrible. They always have an attitude and act as if we are ruining their days by being there. The drinks always come out bad they taste just like water. I ordered the new holiday coffee with an extra shot, it was just straight up hot water with creamer that’s all. So I paid for extra coffee and didn’t get it, what a waste of money. While I said thank you to the barista she just rolled her eyes at me. I will not come back here again and I will make sure other people know not to go there either"

"If you go and the females are working there make sure you check your order and make them te do it if they obviously didn’t care about the instructions. The male does my drinks right even though he seems to always be alone, but when two females are working they seem to do what ever they want. For example, I gave instructions for 3 different drinks, they make them how ever they feel like it, put the cinnamon powder on top instead of blended with, no strawberry scup on another drink and it goes on."
