"I used Heritage for the move from Chicago to California. My stuff was put in their storage everything came out clean the way they picked up it was delivered. The only problem I had was a couple of parts from my son's crib was missing and they started to play blame game here with they were not responsible but it is your storage I used wouldn't that come under your liability? That was the only problem I had but other than that just be careful before you sign the check out list as they will hold you to it even though the movers mentioned if you are missing anything you got 30 days to raise a claim but Heritage doesn't budge with what they say they do."
