Reviews
"Generally speaking, the porters are overall rude and pushy, making comments until they get a tip. They are highly paid and not supposed to do that. They obviously lack supervision. Some even flaunt the cash in their hands, saying things like "say goodbye to your bag, you may never see it again" The management really needs to record them and see how they treat people."
"12-24-23 Cruised out of Port Canaveral, Miami, Vancouver, New Orleans, and NYC. This is probably my least favorite terminal. Vehicle traffic is where this one loses me a tad. While they are all crazy, this one just seems very disorganized. NCL did a great job with their own organizing, but after having been to other ports, this one just doesn't stack up."
"Below the lowest expectations you can have.Dead wifi, not a place to buy bottled water. Really disappointing terminal."
"Good place but unfortunately indians are not allowed to go out from cruises"
"Uber or any other drive app will not pick you up here you have to walk down to the battleship and pick you up there because if not it will give you a different position across the water.. and this is the entrance to get into the picking up area for those that aren't Uber drivers"
