"Calm water for water boat activities. Beautiful prirate ship sitting on the water. Taking me back in time."
"Beautiful Boat. Interesting and relaxing place."
"Such a cool place to go to and enjoy with the family. We decided to go and were able to get free admission for the first Sunday of the month promotion. We had so much fun and I learned a lot as well. We were there for a couple of hours enjoying the aquarium and all of the wonderful expos that were available. My favorite exhibit was the Planeterium. The serve food there, pretty much cafeteria style. I didn't buy any food since we ate before hand. Overall, great experience!"
"I planned this in advance as a surprise for my wife on her birthday. Lots of nearby parking but it's a busy location so may have to look a bit. The trip is about 3 hours on the water. We were out on a 70 degree day with lots of sun so sun screen is needed. We didn't have a strong wind so were traveling about 3-4 knots. No worry about sea sickness. The ship travels along the coast always in sight of land. Not much in the way of seating other that the deck boxes. The only involvement (if you choose) is pulling the ropes to raise the sails. No climbing the rigging or such stuff. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. A bit difficult boarding and deck was uneven so watch your step. Age group of the 50 or so folks on board ranged from about 6 to 75. We saw some dolphins but no whales. in early May. Might be a little more seating in the back of the boat, we were up front. A very nice trip. They fired a cannon near the end of the trip and the kids on board liked that. No food or drinks on board so bring your own in a backpack."
"It looks really cool. It is new to me and now there are two tall ships in DP Harbor."
