"They don't accept cash."
"Pay attention to your purchases and transactions. They only accept cards to get a “tip” . They added themselves a “tip” for themselves after someone said no tip and manager said sorry no refunds. That’s called stealing !! They’re very scammy, instead go to the coffee shop across the street from them! They seem very nice and never crazy busy . Ppl should not feel forced to tip you. Specially with the location they’re at, they’re making money like crazy each day. I will be contacting someone about their “system” ."
"Worst service I have ever experienced. Hire people who are competent and can manage your rush hour properly. Waiting 25 minutes for a sandwhich that ultimately never came is unacceptable."
"I don’t understand why this Starbucks charges more for their drinks than other Starbucks. I would have walked one more block to a different Starbucks if I had known that I was going to be charged 50 cents more at this location for the exact same thing."
