"They don't really have accessible ordering. I'm deaf. I emailed them, they said I'd need to call to place the order. After explaining, they did it through email, but it wasn’t a direct order. Which is why I marked 3 stars on service. The cake however, I ordered a layered vegan vanilla cake, for my boyfriend. It was absolutely incredible! Amazing! 2 thumbs up and an "awesome" sign!! The "butter" cream frosting was phenomenal! The cake itself so deliciously moist! Even cold it wasn't difficult to cut, it was a smooth and soft to cut into."

"We order a couple of the breakfast quesadillas & an egg breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. The food was excellent the drinks were lukewarm at best. Even though we had a number and were told someone would bring us our food, they didn't bring our drinks and they sat on the counter for over 5 minutes until a customer came out and asked if anyone in the patio was named Bill because they have been calling my name. There were a lot of dirty tables and the only people bussing was the new customers who wanted a dirty table. We'll be back and I'll update the review if this was a quirky visit that is not typical."

"One lemon bar isn’t enough in my household… we needed FIVE the next time we visited! Featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and for a great reason. Everything they had to offer here looked simply delicious, I only wish I could try it all! Full size cakes to single serving sweets, there’s so much to choose from I need to come back each day for a month in order to taste it all. Looking forward to my next visit for some yummy treats!"
