"Absolutely terrible tasting cake and terrible customer service!!! Do not come here! I paid over $400 for two small birthday cakes and delivery to Roseville. Everything seemed fine when they got delivered and they looked beautiful. But as I was serving them they crumbled apart. They were incredibly dry. My guests took 1 bit and threw it all away. Nobody could even eat this cake. When I tried complaining about the cakes they replied with a quick sorry and told me I stored my cakes wrong. I responded that I left them at room temp and never heard back from them. Please never come here"

"I came in for an iced coffee and a sweet treat. The desserts look beautiful in the case, there is a lot of variety. I couldn’t decide on the flavor of latte I wanted, so Reese the barista gave me serval really delicious suggestions. I ended up with an iced Rose latte and an individual cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious. Reese was so helpful and friendly. It’s my new favorite place. Also….the specialty cake designs are amazing. Whoever the baker is, is very talented."

"Absolutely terrible customer service and ever worse cake. Better off buying a $25 cake from Safeway. It was cute but all of my guests took one bite and trashed the rest. $150 for a cute pic isn't worth it. The owner is also incredibly rude and never apologized, and continues to blame me for not being able to bring the cake all the way back to Folsom."

"I love this place! Their cake slices are so delightful. Almond cake and a hot cup of coffee is really good. But to be honest my favorite thing there is this square chocolate dessert. I can't find it anywhere but here."

The design didn't match what I requested, with their names barely visible, characters photos are small and the ages written in tiny, white letters. Moreover, the cake was dry and lacked the flavor I expected. Not only was the cake dry and crumbly, but it started falling apart as soon as we began cutting it. The experience left me questioning whether this cake was worth the nearly $400 price. The quality simply didn't match the cost. I wouldn't recommend this cake to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious centerpiece for their celebration. I definitely won't be recommending this bakery to anyone. The experience was a disappointment from start to finish. They ruined my kids’ birthday party! I did contact them, their response was awful! I have attached photos for the cake. It is the worst cake i have ever had for my kids’ birthday party:("
