"I went into Yoga6 to take Cambria’s yoga sculpt class last Wednesday:). She was absolutely phenomenal!! I have followed her from Equinox in Huntington Beach where she lead a beautiful power vinyasas yoga flow down to Dana point now for this heated sculpt class. Cambria has such a bright energy and is such a positive soul! Her class structure is always changing so you’ll never be doing the same routine twice. The music is always spot on!! The vibe throughout class and the studio is super chill. No judgement…just hard working individuals trying their very best encouraging one another. If you go to Yoga6 make sure to do a vinyasa flow with Cambria….she is the very best and so full of good vibes!!!! Namaste"
"Love practicing there. Michelle Fernandez facilitates beautiful and challenging classes in different formats. I highly recommend her classes and this particular YogaSix location."
"Y6 is such an amazing place to push yourself and spend time on your mat — for yourself. Love all the instructors but Cambria plays amazing music, always brings the energy and just overall great — Breezy is also great. They honestly all are. I’m addicted and go as much as my schedule allows! Thank you Y6 in Dana Point!"
"Absolutely love this place!! Instructor chloe Dingwall is enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, and and encouraging instructor! Her ability to lead the class allows me to work out while paying attention to my breath work and calming the mind. The studio is a friendly , inviting environment ! 10/10"
"Super friendly staff, beautiful facility, incredibly good instructor and overall a great experience. Highly recommend and will be back 100% Update: visited a second time. unfortunately the instructors microphone was extremely muffled and due to the music in the room being set at very high volume it was not only impossible to hear what the instructor was saying, but it was an assault on the senses. I am a not advanced and rely heavily on the cues from the instructor so not being able to make out her words made it impossible to follow. I would have adjusted my expectations and followed along as best i could by watching people near me, however, the loud music and the constant muffled sound of the instructor paired with it made the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable. My previous 20-25 hot yoga sessions that i have done (only one at Yoga Six which was a good experience) typically dont have high energy music at a loud volume. I think that for hot yoga, music should be grounding or relaxing or a bit more appropriate for getting centered and present in a crowded room at high temperatures, but that is just my personal opinion/preference. I was the only person to leave after the first 20 minutes (mind you this is the first time i have walked out of a yoga class or any class for that matter before it ending), so perhaps i have bad ears, bad taste in music and a bad attitude, but i beg to differ. I hate to write a negative review but its really frustrating to lose the time, money and energy spent on an experience that was truly intolerable. side note; the staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the facility is very nice and clean, perhaps just a "one off" bad experience for me"
