California DMV Now Kiosk

"I accompanied my spouse for her driver's license renewal here today and was surprised it only took her about 30 minutes to complete the process. I did the same thing at the Fullerton Office and it took 2 hours. Their system is better and it looks like their staff at Whittier are more efficient and customer friendly."

"Everything is fine here. There are enough places to sit, it's cool and the navigation is clear (not all DMVs can boast of this). Only here there are always huge queues that move very slowly. Be ready to wait."

"They tried to help. My youngest son is trying to get his permit. My son has NO bills. Doesn't pay phone, rent, and/or utilities. How is he supposed to prove his address? Everybody is going paperless, me also. All my bills are paid online. Don't have paper bills anymore. Very frustrating!!!!"

"Even though it's crowded, this Whittier DMV office is well-managed. The service is friendly and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the testing section. Cristina was working efficiently at three stations at once, handling both photo booths and the testing check desk. Each of these tasks requires absolute accuracy, yet she maintained a cheerful attitude and worked with impressive proficiency. As a new immigrant, I found her work ethic inspiring and encouraging.
