"Originally went in to get a pedal arm replaced as I stripped the threads where the pedal attaches to the arm. The owner told me straight up he did not have the part and then directed me to a bike shop that did. I liked his honesty so I brought him another bike that I had problems with the very next day. Fixed my back wheel, my brakes and popped on a new seat while I waited. My junky old bike almost felt new."
