Join Us for Worship
Our church services offer a respite from the fast-paced daily life, providing an opportunity to worship God, strengthen your spiritual connections, and focus on Jesus. Each Sunday, we hold a two-hour session consisting of two main parts:
1. Sacrament Meeting: This is our primary gathering, featuring hymns, prayers, and sermons delivered by various members of our congregation. We also partake in the Sacrament, a sacred ordinance to remember the Savior.
2. Classes: After the Sacrament Meeting, we offer a variety of classes for all age groups and interests. From young children to adults, there is something for everyone, beginning at 18 months old. Each class is centered around a different section of the Scriptures, offering lessons and discussions to enhance your spiritual understanding.
New Visitors
If you're visiting us for the first time, you might feel a bit nervous, but rest assured, we are here to support you. You can choose to attend with local missionaries if you prefer not to come alone. There are no participation requirements; you can simply sit back and enjoy the services or choose to engage in activities like taking the Sacrament or joining discussions.
Dress comfortably; while many attendees wear "Sunday best," which may include button-up shirts, ties, skirts, and dresses, what matters most is your presence.
Community and Connection
At our church, you'll find a welcoming community eager to connect and support one another. We offer inspiring videos and articles, and you can even sign up to receive daily Bible verses and stories about the life of Christ.

"It’s an amazing church, and everyone is welcoming! Love this place, and definitely coming back!"
"Always a pleasure to experience a "destination" sacrament meeting. The Pickering ward is a small-but-welcoming group that radiates Christ's love. Meetings start every Sunday at 9am or 12pm."
"I would first like to mention that I am not a congregant of this church. I was attending an event at the neighboring park and part of the church's parking lot was being used for event parking. I was informed to avoid parking blocked by yellow tape so I drove around and found a vacant handicap space. I am a chronically ill person and have a valid handicap parking placard. This particular spot was not blocked off, or near, any yellow tape. As I got out of my car, chair in hand, two female congregants informed me that if I was attending the park event I could not park in that spot. A parking attendant walked over to me and I showed him my placard and mentioned there was no yellow tape. He agreed with me that this was unreasonable since nearly all handicap spaces had been blocked off but the two women remained standing there and neither he, nor I, wanted a confrontation. I got in my car and parked farther away. As I walked to the park I saw the two female congregants still standing there and the spot remained vacant. Needless to say, i did not stay at the event long. I could not get past the fact that two congregants of this church told a disabled person they could not park in a disabled space. What's more is that they didn't offer to help or ask about my condition. As a fellow christian I am greatly disappointed by this behavior. It showed a lack of empathy and compassion on the part of your congregants. To add insult to injury, it happened on the grounds of your church. Please keep in mind that your congregants, particularly when present on your grounds, are representatives of your church. This behavior not only reflects poorly on those two women but also on The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It is my hope that the director, pastor, or priest address this issue with the congregants so that others like myself are not unjustly treated in the future."
