They have a fantastic selection and variety of electric bikes. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable, sometimes they get busy but they really do go the extra mile in helping find the right fit for my activity level and size. "I rode my friend's high priced electric bike a few years ago and I immediately fell in love. I did not want to pay top dollar for one so the best option for me was to convert my current bike into an e-bike. I visited the top 5 e-bike shops locally for information and advice about conversion kits, motors and batteries but not one of those shops seem interested to help me. They were all pitching me to buy one of their e-bike models which were between $2000 and $7000, YIKES!!! I was about to give up when I saw an e-bike/rider at the Metro Green Line Station in Redondo Beach. The rider had a conversion kit on an old school GT mountain bike along with a killer 20 ah battery pack from LA E-Bike. I immediately contacted them and made an appointment that Saturday to visit them. They have a floor full of reasonable priced e-bike models on hand. This shop felt like it was geared towards service/parts, batteries and upgrades. All in all they answered every question and even gave me options for my conversion. A week later I bought a kit, a great long distance battery and been rolling nearly 2000 miles around LA and OC coastal areas since. Thank you LA E-bike!"

The owner was able to fix a problem I had for over 1 year with my E-GO bike that no other dealer in California could find a solution. The store had a 100 mile range e-bike on 1 charge.
