"We've used this storage facility on and off over the last 15 years, and they were always very nice. Over the last 4 or 5 months, though, communication has really been bad. The prices have increased twice in the last year, and I was not even informed of the latest price increase. No email, no physical mail, no phone call. They use to give a month's notice, but nothing. The new people working the office are not as sociable as the previous workers. And they no longer Clea For spiders or webs. I'm sad to see their customer service going down, for higher prices."

"Had my Stuff stored here for awhile. Would Definitely Recommend! It's clean, and Never a problem with my unit. Staff is Very nice, and keep the grounds clean. Good Communications via email on Closed Dates/times (Holidays). Was only 1 raise in price in 4 years, and Good Communication on that. Would Definitely Recommend this Stoage Space!!!!"
"I love Krystal the office manager that holds the place together. The storage units aren’t the best. It’s not climate controlled. The second level of the buildings can be a challenge to get in and out of, but the staff is so amazing. I have been there for 5 years and Krystal does everything in her job that makes me forget all the other items I mentioned. Thank you for all that you have done for my family and me."
