"Took my first class with Nancy from The Holo Collective last weekend and enjoyed it so much! I'm quite the novice and Nancy took time to explain the poses/flows and ensure I was positioning correctly so that I didn't injure myself. She has the most soothing voice and I felt so comfortable, even though I was shaking by the end of the class!
