"Why is it so hard to find a good local bike shop? I'm very passionate about cycling, riding my bike is my therapy. Everytime I have come in here the owner has a condecending attitude. In the past 3 weeks, I had to keep coming back because they did not do the repairs I was asking for correctly. All I wanted was my bike dialed and taken care for with respect. Why even sell BMX bikes? When they are supposed to be ridden hard and are bound to take some abuse. Smith's Cycle never once honored their 1 year free tune ups after buying a bike from them. They always charged me, as well as overcharged."

"Did not understand 3 times the parcel from UPS, while the store was open; also did not answer the mail and phone, but when I contacted Trek, I asked to solve what happened, then called and brought the same day (and poorly assembled). Assembled poorly front and rear wheels, rear wheels take a long time to spin, front wheels don't spin smoothly. The steering wheel rattles when I turn right. I'll add more later. I hope the store doesn't do this again. The delivery guy is nice but I did not receive any kind of receipt that it was my bike, the book from Trek does not count."

"Ron helped me out and he did a great job. He fixed my flat tire but I've never had a bike mechanic be so thorough. Ron also gave me a great price and the staff there was super friendly especially miguel. These guys are the best they'll always have my business."

"Update: Thank you, Miguel! I've got a basic tune-up on my 2 months old Canyon and now it runs 10 x better than when it was fresh out of the box. And Freddy & Miguel gave me a 25 dollar discount. 7/17/2024. I visited the shop about a month ago to buy a new pump for road bike because I only had a pump for schrader valves. And Ron offered me a $1 adapter instead of selling me a $120 new pump. This shop will be my regular shop as long as I live in the area."
