"I've been coming here for over 6 months now and I've had never stuck to a gym like this before. It has been an awesome experience coming here due to its friendly atmosphere, clean gym, and great coaches. I get personal training from Coach Paco but it doesn't stop there. Everybody else there really pushes you to get through your workout. The classes are challenging but being in class with everyone else really encourages you. Coach Joe has been very welcoming and so has other gym members. Definitely recommend this gym to anybody interested getting started on their journey."

"Great friendly small type gym. Extremely nice and kind owner and trainers. All the equipment you need to get a good sweaty workout! Have classes 5am 6am 8am 9am 10am 12-2pm 4:30pm 5:30pm and a few later in the evening. Great promotion price for the new year. Come try it!"
