"Terrible Service. As I was securing my load and getting ready to leave some lady came up in her pickup truck and started to yell we're closed. I said Ok I'm just finishing up and kept driving closer to my truck and yelling we're closed. Then began too ask if I was moving out and what I was leaving in my storage shed and what was I taking."

"We’ve rented a unit from Golden State for 9 years. We’ve always been very satisfied. However, lately we’ve been especially impressed and grateful for their awesome customer service. We recently sold our home and have to wait to move into our new home. We needed to rent another, larger unit and were given a great rate. When we realized we might need to rent a third, Wyman actually encouraged us to try and squeeze more into our existing units. We tried, but ended up needing a 3rd unit after all. Again, we got a great rate. I can’t say enough about how professional, courteous and accommodating both Wyman and Cindy have been over the years."
