"I have been to quite a few OTFs and this one is by far my favorite! The front desk is always warm and welcoming. The coaches are amazing! I love taking class with Coach Chelsey. I did have 1 issue regarding an extra class that was charged but Valeria was able to quickly help me figure it out. Bernadette also made sure that my heart rate monitor was working properly the last time I was in. Love this place!"

"The management here is horrifyingly BAD. Espcially the two female front desks one of the girls name is Valeria. Never greeted, everytime i ask a question it feels like i've annoyed them by having a question. She also did not offer a tour for first time guests. Additionally I find their practice to be very dishonest/not transparent I've been charged twice while i was in the class without any explanation. If I hadn't checked my phone before leaving the establishment I would've just recieved a bill with NO EXPLANATION. I usually go to class 5min before so I really don't understand why they would not tell me that I am being chraged before I head in. The most infuriating time was when I received a free buddy pass after my 10th class. I had called to register my friend (not sure why they need a card on file for a FREE class) and when we left the class I saw a charge on file. When questioned they made it sound like I was at fault becuase my guest was from out of town, and when I told them about my promo that THEY SENT TO ME they asked me to pull the evidence in order to reverse the charge. They refused to look into it themselves, and why is this responsibility on me... Clearly need to work on their management and train their employees more. +1 star: the redeeming factor was that trainers were friendly, but it doesn't justify the price of their membership and horrible vibes at the front desk. i would avoid."

"Class was okay but management/ front desk staff is terrible. This orange theory studio has unethical and dishonest billing practices. My friend was offered a “bring a friend to class for free” offer. It was already highly suspicious when they asked for my billing information for this “free class”. We called to double check and they verbally confirmed the free guest pass offer. When I checked in, nobody gave me a proper tour or introduction of the studio. They also billed me for the class without giving me up front notice for why I was getting charged. I was lucky that I got a credit card charge notification. When we asked them to honor the offer, they demanded us to show THEM proof of the free class offer that THEY offered. It’s ridiculous they do not track their own offers on members’ account accurately. Thankfully my friend had a screenshot and was able to get a refund. They were not even apologetic over THEIR mistake. Would never sign up after this terrible experience."

"Absolutely love the coaches at this studio and that shouldn’t detract. The studio’s management is poor. Particularly, Manny, their assistant manager. OT corporate is purposefully deceptive about their different plans or deals, constantly trying to get money out of their members (on top of an already expensive membership). Manny perpetuates this confusion and focus on profit over all else. Moreover, on multiple interactions I have been treated rudely and have had several members tell me they’ve had similar experiences."

"great location. Chelsey, Tyler, Paris... I could go on with the amazing coaches here! In fact, I like ALL of the coaches here. So I'm always equally excited to come through. I've been a member of OTF for almost 3 years. This studio, besides being a little small inside, is one of the best! Shoutout to the coaches!!! Good culture at this location. :)"
