However this was not the case with this Napa Auto Parts store on Cohasset. I was greeted with respect by Morgan who picked up the phone and told me what to expect coming into the store regarding my concern. He was professional when I arrived and just as promised I was in and out. The owner is very fortunate to have him and the other older gentleman at the front whose name I never asked for!
