"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm a dealer and I tried to work with this guy, and he has ZERO clue what he is doing. I have no idea how he got his license. First we had him do some duplicate titles, after on month I follow up with him to say that we still haven't received any of the titles, for him to say oh the DMV is 2-3 weeks delay(its not) but we said ok. We waited another 2 weeks and called him again. He said we have to be more patient. We ended up checking with our own system, and he did not even begin the documentation until couple days ago(52 days after we gave it to him). Strike 1 Next, we brought him some registrations to handle for customers, he does not know how to read an ROS. We have a sticky note with the lienholders, he did the registrations without lienholder. Then after he fixed it, he didn't order plates for any of our customers. Once we taught him how to read a ROS so to see when he should be ordering a plate, he charged me FULL price to redo the whole transaction and to get plates I thought he was a nice man, but he is not a good man, and plays a "stupid" person role. I really liked that he was close to our dealer, but honestly the way he handled all these situations at this point its just disrespectful. His mistakes costed our dealership in the THOUSANDS. They need to close him down"

"Amazing place I would give 10 stars if I could. I went in to do my registration and they first told me my vehicle has been suspended, which I didn't know about. So I then paid the 14$ fee to unsuspend it. Then about 5 days later I went back to do my registration. It was probably no longer than 10 mins to do two years on my truck. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be coming back."

"I bought a car and I wanted to change the name on tile. They finished all paperwork really fast. They took like 5 minutes to do. OMG!!!! and they give me the sticker. I did not know they finish everything that fast without standing in the freaken DMV lines."

"Went in to get registration and the guy tried to charge me a $70 late fee for my smog on top of his registration $30 fee. I was surprised by the $70 late fee so I asked him if I could see his computer screen where it said that there was a late fee. He said that he could not show me that it was dmv information only. So I decided to go to another place where they just charged me for my registration fee. On top of him being dishonest he had horrible customer service."
