"I came here to get a copy of my birth certificate, the process was fairly quick and very efficient. When I got to the window I was helped out by a lady named Brittany. She was very helpful and pleasant. She explained to me that there may be a bit of confusion regarding some info about me. She was very patient and walked me through the confusion and was very thorough with everything. I just want to say thank you again."
"Highly efficient in moving people to obtain vital records. I had to get copies of death certificates for my parents. I was nervous because I imagined it would be crowded although I had an option to make an appointment. This was last minute as we are trying to take care of my parents’ estate. A line for no appointments is set up; one has to scan a code with phone and you will have to fill in an application to get a confirmation number. You may do this at home prior to going there. Once a confirmation number is generated, you will be directed to another line to pay first before certificates are generated. You must know dates of events pertaining to your request. Those with appointments are given priority over those without. Expect to wait a little but line goes fast. Super helpful staff; very organized. Employees were very polite. Truly exceeded my expectations."
"I went there for a notary oath. It was my first time. As I enter the door, a friendly lady greeted me and direct me to appropriate area. When I entered the area another extremely sincerely gentleman ask if I have appt or not and guide me to enter my inform on the computer while waiting for the next available window. The lady at the window could need a coffee or a donut to cheer her attitude. Anyway, overall, very excellent service, like first class service on an airplane- I was completely my paper less than 15min. DMV could learn from this first class customer service."
"This was a quick and easy process for us to get our marriage license here. Keep in mind that this place requires that you make an appointment for showing up. If you don't have an appointment then you'll have to go to another line that's basically like the DMV line. I made our appintments 2 week in advance. We got there 15 minutes early to beat traffic so the people working the front just asked us to wait outside for like 5 minutes. One of the employee was talking to us and just have small talk to burn time which was nice. We went to the 2nd floor, room 2001 to do our marriage license and the process was very simple."
