"Hit and miss pending on who helps you. The guy with dreadlocks is kind of dumb, could not find one of my packages for 30 minutes. I waited half hour for the manager and he found it in two minutes. If you are dropping off prepaids, make sure get receipts. Had shipments gone missing."
