"Take no responsibility for their customers. Rude customer service . Staff is not helpful. Managers do not care about helping a customer out.... The only thing they do well is taking money and making excuses as to why not to return deposits.... They have a beautiful venue but that's all it is.... It's like looking at a picture ... You can't touch it or you'll have to pay a hefty price... They are over priced for a crappy location, dirty kitchen, clogged bathrooms, and unsafe flooring... If you get hurt in their kitchen they follow a rule " I didn't see it and I don't know why your talking about" Please over look this this location and save your money. Leave it for school fund raisers and boring proms. That's all they know! Better yet let the kids run it on their game room..."
