"Brought in my Specialized Stumpjumper for a tune up. Eric did a nice job, cleaned up the bike and it looks almost like new. Service was quick, I got my bike back the next day. He has a nice clean shop, he's friendly and everything works great."

"After thirty years of working in local law enforcement with two different agencies, I’ve become good at judging character. I purchased a new high-dollar MTN bike in 2010 which I was able to ride for about three months. Shortly thereafter, I sustained a back injury, while on duty, that proved to be career-ending. The bike became a depressing to view, wall hanger. After surgery my focus became swimming. After several years of rehabilitation in the pool, I finally reached a point of wanting to get back on my bike. The dilemma was should I buy another bike or ride my new old stock dinosaur? I decided to take it to Trek in Ventura since I was very familiar with them and liked their service. Aside from a tune-up, because the bike had sat so long, the rear Fox shock seal developed a leak. "I'd high recommend Eric at Bike Worx. I sent him a appointment email on a Sunday when the shop was closed and he replied in minutes. We discussed my seat post upgrade and he had the parts ordered quickly. I was scheduled to pick-up the bike on Friday but the install was more difficult than expected, he offered to personally deliver the bike to me after hours but I declined since I don't live in the area..He then offers to open the shop on a day when its normally closed just so I can have my bike for a ride in the morning. Support the small "service only" shops like Bike Worx. Eric is a REAL mechanic with years of experience, you wont be disappointed."
