"One of the best military RV Resort we’ve been to! Only a couple of miles to beautiful public beaches, and Old Town Seal Beach with restaurants and its quaint shops. It’s also about 12 miles to Knott’s Berry Farm and only 15 miles to Disneyland! The office staff - Rob, Jen, Allison, Elva and Eirick - are always friendly and very welcoming, and the facilities and grounds crew do a great job keeping everything in excellent condition. These are the best RV pads I’ve seen! There’s plenty of room for even the largest rigs plus extra space for your vehicle and guests. It’s a small military base with no commissary, exchange or gas station but there are a lot of options just outside the base. There is a very nice gym, tennis courts, running/walking trails, a credit union and ITT office on base. There’s also a small shoppette if you just need a few items. We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always a great experience. Thank you Seabreeze RV Resort Team!"

"BRING YOUR BIKE! This place is AWESOME and lovely! It’s a military spot, so only military folks (active duty, retirees, disabled vets, DoD civilians) can stay here. There are armed gate guards. There are so many things to see off base. Note: there is no base exchange or commissary, although there is a very, VERY small shoppette. No gas station on base, either. Beautiful views all around, long, spacious concrete pads with concrete parking for a tow vehicle. Plenty of trails for biking and walking. We biked the Pacific Coast highway for 26 miles. I LOVE that CA has dedicated bike lanes everywhere! We biked all over: Huntington Beach (where there’s a large Rad Bicycle center that you test ride, rent, and purchase RAD ebikes and accessories and get your bike serviced), Seal Beach, Long Beach, and other adjacent towns. Less than an hour to L.A., too! The weather during our visit was sunny and never got above 78 degrees. Highly recommend this very clean and well-maintained Rv park!"

"This military park is awesome. Big spots and very well maintained. Nice showers and laundry facilities. You must have a military ID to stay at the park. If you do not have a military ID, you need to get a background check and have a ID holder escort."

"Great Park. Have been RVing here since 2016. Security is a bit over the top, but there have been issues and hopefully things will get in the main stream with other Navy Parks. New Manager, Romeo, is doing a great job and helped me when I arrived on a Friday night. Some paperwork hadn't been completed on my married daughter but we all worked it out. Still a great place to stay and will continue parking here. Beautiful place."
