"Every time I go there to ask for help installing my girls car seats. I have no complaints. They are always nice and courteous to me."
"Unprofessional people, they act like no one can be like them & very rude."
"I visited the CHP office in Santa Fe Springs today to report a hit-and-run incident that I witnessed on the 405 Freeway Southbound last Friday at 6:40pm in Carson area. The accident occurred on the Honda Accord driving just in front of me and was caused by a Chevy SUV with the license plate number 4VKY928. I captured the entire incident on the dash cam that was installed in my car. I saved the relevant footage on a USB and went to the CHP to notify the incident for the victim's family. However, I had a terrible experience with the officer who received me. He was extremely unfriendly and uninterested in examining the USB containing the hit-and-run vehicle's license plate, the victim's vehicle information, and the evidence I had carefully prepared. He simply repeated that he couldn't help since he couldn't find any incident on the system. Even when I asked him to start the procedure with the evidence I had provided, he said he couldn't help. As a concerned citizen reporting a clear crime scene, it was disappointing to be ignored in this manner. It felt like a complete waste of taxpayer money for officers like him. The CHP's response was absolutely useless. CHP! Please do what you should do."
"To the chp officer who stopped me the night of the storm to shout at me for taking the telegraph exit when you didn’t properly close off the exit and told me to learn basic drivers ed. Learn how to properly close off an exit, there were no flares at the entrance of the exit only on the side of the road. Why don’t you learn the basics of how to properly close off an exit instead of shouting at people for your own mistakes. What a miserable, low class, adrenaline junkie."
"Went here for an infant car seat inspection and Zach Salazar was fantastic. Very informative, charismatic and a great sense of humor. Made my wife and I feel super comfortable with our car seat and addressed any and all questions we had."
