"EDIT - I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL YOU NICE CANNED ANSWER. YEAH GIVE ME SOME COMPENSATION FOR MY STOLEN TOOLS. IT'S BAD ENOUGH I'D HAVE TO TAKE AN UBER OVER THERE TO PICK UP A CHECK. ALSO YOU CALL ME I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL YOU. Horrible company. Had my tools stored there for a few years they got stolen. Horrible security. I'm disabled, but they still want me to come in bring pictures of my tools which I don't have. It was only a few hundred dollars worth of tools. Who takes pictures of their tools? Why else would I get a storage unit if I didn't have anything to put in it? Since I'm paying them for their own security insurance they should handle everything themselves, especially for somebody that's disabled and can't get around that easy. There are many other storage places that provide better service I've been with one for 30 years called Nova storage. I would try them first before this place."

The following day, we called to follow up on some questions and he was able to answer everything for us. He took most of our info and i had to continue on line only because i was at work at the time. Upon our arrival today, he was once again very helpful. He also helped in the process of getting our request for a refund on the lock that we did not need after all. You have a great team member. We also got some help with 1 other person but we do not remember his name but he was also very great in helping us out."
